Mr. Schwarz has been published in a number of Internet/Technology periodicals and Law Reviews, and has authored a Continuing Legal Education course for [note: is no longer in operation].

Through his articles, Mr. Schwarz offers insightful recommendations and solutions to cutting-edge legal questions pertaining to the intersection of law, technology and the Internet. Many of these articles have been consulted by governments, law enforcement and legislators around the U.S., and around the world, and have been used as the basis for drafting legislation and implementing policy, as well as for proposed law enforcement initiatives designed to combat crime and fraud over the Internet.
