Joel Schwarz helped to establish the New York State Attorney General's Internet Bureau in September 1997. Mr. Schwarz served as an Assistant Attorney General in the New York State Attorney General's Internet Bureau from September 1997 through March 2000. In March 2000 Mr. Schwarz was promoted to Special Counsel for Internet Matters for the Investor Protection & Securities Bureau.
